The photography phase of the 4th Annual Babes & Boys of Summer has ended. Sixty-Eight, beautiful Babes & Boys participated! Because of their participation, the Hope Center has a beautifully decorated counseling room as well as lights and artwork on the walls in the ultra-sound room! Thank you so much for supporting the Hope Center and such a worthy cause!
On to the next phase, which involves all of you! All the Babes & Boys (or at least their Moms and Dads) are eagerly waiting to see who the 2010 winners will be and we need your help choosing them. Come out to White Hall Founder’s Day on Saturday, August 28 and vote for your favorite Babe or Boy! We’ll be set up in the meeting room in the back of the White Hall Library. Voting will be from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm. See you there!
The instructors of the Yellowstone workshop I attended put together a coffee table book of the images that were submitted for the print competition. I got my copy today! It’s beautiful and will be such a nice reminder of our trip. My only gripe is that the picture of me is awful! =) There’s a reason I’m on the operator side of a camera! I’m going to let Larry show it off at work for a few days, and then I’ll probably leave it at the studio for everyone to see. You have to promise not to laugh at my picture though! =)
The “Urban Senior” session is available as an add on to any of our other sessions. We only schedule the “Urban Senior” about once a month, and don’t ever schedule more than 5 seniors per Saturday. The next “Urban Senior” session is scheduled for Saturday, August 14. As of right now, I have a couple of open spots. Give me a call if you’d like more information. “Urban Senior” is so much fun, and the images created from the session are usually…. creative!! =) You can see a video of some of the images below in the “Class of 2011″ post.
Taylor E! Fun session! Light Painting can be just a little challenging sometimes, but Taylor did great! I think it only took, oh, five or six tries? Lots of laughing and a fun session!
